1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the joua9 platform, accessible via the joua9.onl website and the joua9 mobile app. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and joua9 as the platform operator.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the joua9 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Never previously banned or blocked from the joua9 platform on valid grounds.

Joua9 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you are unable to verify your eligibility, joua9 reserves the right to suspend or close your account and withhold any related funds until the investigation is complete.

3Account Registration and Management

4Deposit and Payment Methods

5Fund Withdrawal

11Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your joua9 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid balances will be returned to you after the required verification.

Joua9 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
